Hotel Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk Jakarta

Super friendly staff, always ready give a helping hand when needed. Trolly staff member mister Budi, is so friendly and so helpful. Restaurant staff miss Vale is super friendly and gorgeous woman 🥰. Food and service is great! My favourite place in Jakarta to stay for short or long visits. At one time I took a Bluebird taxi and I forget my phone, the staff security directly did all the necessary to find my phone back, within 30 min the taxi driver came back with my phone. Overal thanks to everybody from Hotel Santika, you did a great job. AAA+++

We stopped for a night in Jakarta before continuing our journey and had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, elegant, and clean. We dined at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and everything was good. The large window in the room, which allowed us to see Jakarta from above (we were on the 20th floor), was very beautiful. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because we were just passing through, but it seemed nice.

Hotel was very clean, staff were very professional and welcoming. king deluxe room was very modern, nice and comfortable. The Dinner was Amazing and the breakfast was really good.

The breakfast was awesome , the buffet type breakfast could fit to almost kind of taste for people around this world. I had two times the breakfast and the coffee smell is so great. I had 2 cup of it. The staffs in the morning restaurant,all carry smiles , the manager even greet me and smile for me few times, thumb up for him. The hotel floor is look very modern with interior design won't be disappointed. Even the room interior design is modern (for me, others I don't know) When I start check in , a cute friendly receptionist and her name is Ms Tiara's , she very polite to me and even can crack a jokes with me when I'm doing the procedure to check in and she offer me a Apple Juice from the fridge as welcome drink. Even other staffs is very polite too , definitely can give more than 4 stars to them. Thumb up to the hotel team especially the one that manage the team.
